Anyone getting HOT ear drums while using the included headset with the i600? After a while it seems like my ear drums are sizzling and actually seem to hurt to the point where I have to stop using the headset...? :(

Has anyone checked to see if there has been any Radiation testing on the headset, like they do on the phone, and what are the results? I have heard that the headsets might act like antennas and be even more detrimental than the phone at the ear? Also, anyone have experience with the radiation blocks, like the little ferrite cores you wrap the headset cord around, are these just a gimick?

THANKS!!!!

I have used the headset for quite a while listening to MP3s and using the phone. The ear buds get a little warm, but nothing like you describe.

Any electrical component produces heat as a by product of use. The heat is caused by resistance which is a property of all electrical conductors (unless you are dealing with superconductors). It is not radiation, it is just heat.

Hi, my husband has used motorola's only and his ears always hurt while even holding the phone up to his ears, he has to use the speakerphone only, maybe some people are sensitive to these waves? i don;t know, just use your speaker phone .
