Using MP3 as ringtone on P777 Slider

I loaded an mp3 file onto a P777 from my PC, hoping to use it as a ringtone, as I'd seen available in several reviews / features lists of the phone. The software that came with the phone will only let me load it into the "Music" or "My Music" folder. When I scroll through my ringtones, it doesn't appear in the list.

Does anyone know how to set the P777 ringtone to use an MP3?

It doesn't run Windows, but it came with USB cable and "File Management" software. I can load and play the MP3, but that's all.

What Mark was hinting at, is that this site is dedicated to Windows Mobile based Smartphones. While some people here might know the P777, most will not. I myself have never heard of it. I'm guessing it's a Samsung phone?

The best suggestion I can give you is to check out Samsung's website. They should have a manual online, or at least a FAQ for the device. :D
