Create custom ring profiles?

When I'm carrying both my PDA and SP, having multiple notifications can be both annoying and inconvenient. Is there a way or an application that allows me to create custom ring profiles?

It would be greate if I could something like:

Normal - with PDA
Outdoor - with PDA

In these cases the PIM notifications would be set silent.

Anyone else deal with this?

I know what you're talking about. My solution was to limit the amount of time I carry and use my Pocket PC. In fact, I've turned off sync'ing some things to my Pocket PC so that it won't be alerting me anymore.

You can't create profiles on the Smartphone, and I wish I knew why. This is another prime example of the need for custom profiles. The best you can do is edit an existing profile. :(

There is a Silent profile on the Smartphone which should prevent the audio notification from being heard.
