I've just signed up for their free trial, and have mixed feelings so far. They've got live chat support, which is helpful, but overall their website seems like it's incomplete in a few places, and I had trouble getting this set up initially.
Anyone else try this service out? Or any other 3rd party exchange service? I want OTA sync, this seemed like a good way to do it. Then again, $83 a year seems like an awful lot just to get OTA sync...

i agree with your perspective on 4SmartPhone...seems like they could use some help to improve the "user-friendliness" of the setup process and/or their website. i consider myself very tech-savy, but i had challenges getting through the setup. i decided not to use the site becuase i didn't want to pay for more SMS messages.
fyi..our company used a third-party company named JPMobile (SureWave) to deliver email to Windows Mobile devices... JPMobile had the option of pushing email to your phone using the phone's IP address. this setup didn't require SMS messages...

Thanks, but looking at their site, it doesn't look like it works with just a standalone outlook client, but only with an exchange server.
I either need an exchange account somewhere that I can use for personal use, or something that will let me sync my desktop outlook, sans exchange server, to my smartphone.
