The companys goes on to say that this restricts competition and excludes new market entrants from operating effectively or at all in the GSM market. Sendo explains that the GSM Standard, partly funded by the European Union at the expense of the European taxpayer, and the corresponding ETSI rules, define the conditions of competition in the market for GSM technology and make companies that declare patents as "essential" for the GSM standard, obligatory trading partners."</i><br /><br />Isn't it funny how when companies aren't doing well they start suing everybody as being unfair? Sendo I have some free advice for you, put the money you are wasting on lawyers into your product. Maybe then you won't have to sue everyone around you. Granted they were sued by Ericsson first but this is getting a bit silly. What ever comes of it?

Ericsson sued Send first. I think Sendo has no chances...

Ya, I think they did, but it still doesn't look good for Sendo when they sue everyone that they partner with. If I was a telephony company (and that's a big if ;) ) I wouldn't go near them now.
