I finally talked to a person from ATTWS that had a :idea: . My new SMT5600 is coming via FED EX it will be here tomorrow; hopefully.

Then I will return my old one.

Lock\line serves as equipment insurer for ATTWS.

I pay a monthly fee, they promise to replace my phone in case of damage, theft, loss, etc. They will send an equal or greater quality phone overnight...usually. They don't ensure PDA phones. So, the cust service reps tend to become confused about what makes a PDA phone and what makes a smartphone.
