This looks interesting. CityTime also lets you sync time but it doesn't have scheduled syncing as a feature.

Fizz Traveller 2 also lets you schedule a time sync.

Yes but it can't be scheduled, you have to do it manually. (at least I can't find the scheduled setup :) )

Even so, I'm not really sure its worth 10 bucks just to be able to schedule a sync. For device that you use everyday it is easy enough to use Fizz or CityTime if you already have them to manually sync the time.

... or (unless I'm misunderstanding) get a CDMA Smartphone, which has to be time-synced to atomic time by design. ;)
