Battery Drain

My phone seems to get to 19% battery, then dead :confused totally: . I get the Critical warning message, then maybe 5 minutes later it shuts down.

Has anyone else seen this?

It should not happen if 15% or more power is left.

Funny I have never run that battery down to see myself. Surely there is some explanation as the MPx220 could not possibly have a ANOTHER problem!

Have you tried taking the battery out after its death and putting it back in before charging?
