I knew that I should have bought my Samsung spi600 before Mardi Gras, not after. I downloaded tha ActiveSync software but the setup never installed the program. I tried everything. What did I do wrong?

Setup never installed what program - Active Sync? Did you get an error message during the intall?

I did not receive an error message. I received a setup icon on my desktop, but clicking that did not run the Active Sync program...nothing happened. I use Windows Xp with Outlook 2003.

Did everything install correctly, and when you run active sync nothing happens?

If that's the case, look in the system tray, and you should see the ActiveSync icon. Open it up, and run the connection wizard.

If the installer did not complete the installation. Try disabling any AntiVirus software on the computer before re-running the installer.
