I don't know much about Smartner. I did notice that they reported record growth for 2004. Other than that, all I can suggest is checking out the support section of their web site http://www.smartner.com/support/index.html

indeed. smartner has been great for my corp exchange email on my old t-mobile pocketpc. it's almost working on the sp3i.... if only i can find that inbox :) (i select smartner duality from the home screen... but it brings me to my outlook inbox instead)

When you're in the outlook inbox, if hit menu/(4)switch accounts - you should be presented with a list of accounts that are installed on the phone. Is it listed there?

no :( i tried that; i still only get text/outlook/mms accounts
worse yet, after installing it again, the home screen selection disappeared. maybe i should go for the hard reset.... but it i'm iffy on what i did to get bluetooth and t-mobile working.
i have the problem logged with smartner.. hope they respond (with something other than hard reset and reinstall)
this is my third email redirector! (including the pda's)

OK! got an email from smartner support. the instance of duality on the smartphone needs a certificate program they install. now everything works fine! highly recommended!

well my imate smatphone SP3i has been a great phone/pda with smartner more stable now, i've ditched the email device. the SP3i has so much more, i have Clearvue squite on it like the iPAQ, also JETCET print, so i can print my docs iver IR or using a bluetooth adapter on my protable printer since i've more or less relegated most of vacation time to work, it's sure nice to do is all in one room.
my only question is simple but has me baffled. the BT config program for the freedom keyboard comes loaded on startup, and doesn't' go away. the smartner duality problem i have to by hand. i would rather have it the other way, and be able to bump BT vnonfig out of memory (whih i do, ist just resrts) anyone got the anser to that :) ?
byond that..... i sure woud like an upgrade to 64 ot 128meg emory, battery woudl probably suffer. i have to watch bouetooth on the SP3i sucks a lot of battery.i have the BIG battery for the 4350 it never runs out for hours. make a great GPS system. next i'm looking for a clever/clean mother of attaching my 4350 to the dash (volvo s80) without damaging the stock. there is a convenient cup holder to hold it, and easy to grasp for a closer look. more importantly, a passenger can acess it as well.

I don't think there is an easy fix for this. You would have to make some registry changes and I don't know how well these apps would fair with that. :? It would be nice if there was a startup folder like on the desktop...

ah, so there is no startup folder... i guess it wasn't my failing eyesight at all then. well... i only have to take my battery out to reset it every couple of days - otherwise it worksfine. ii'll have to try the westek suite on something serious, it was problematic with memory on pocketpc.
