I have a Motorola MPX 200 and can't imagine living without the features of SmartPhone, but I'm painfully aware of the limitations of this device.

How does the MPX 220 stack up? Does it lock up the way the 200 does, is it still a bit underpowered the way the 200 is?

Can you use bluetooth to listen to music?

Are there any other devices you'd recommend?

I carry an iPAQ 4155 as well, so I was even thinking ofthe iMATE JAM, but I'm uncertain...

Usually lockups are related to poorly coded 3rd party programs. Usually.

Nope, that profile is not present on the MPx220. I don't know if any Smartphone is setup to do that.

Are there any other devices you'd recommend?

You're best choice would be between the MPx220 and the Audiovox SMT5600. However, which device you choose depends on what you like in a phone.
