At RadioShack stores, consumers will be able to browse Jamdat content such as games and ring tones before purchasing them for download, Jamdat said Friday. The distribution program is scheduled to begin in the first half of this year. ... Demand for wireless-content offerings--including ring tones, games, screensavers and wallpaper--is on an upswing."

Given the popularity of these item, I am not surprised by RadioShack's announcement. This might be the beginning of an interesting trend, electronic stores like Best Buy and Circuit City may also decide to carry ring tones and games for their cell phone customers.
