I've been a little surprised to see apps like 'Photo Contacts' amongst the best-selling s/w lists here and at Handango. And what puzzles me really has nothing to do with that particular app or others of it's ilk.......or the quality thereof.
My question for users of such apps is what % of your Contacts do you actually have a photo associated?
I'm curious because, quite honestly, I would highly object to *anyone* having a picture of me in their database.....especially if added w/o my knowledge. And I can't imagine a situation for which I would grant such permission. Of course, the IRS or law enforcement may be able to trump my wishes, but hopefully they'll never have reason to want to. :) And because I wouldn't want it done, I wouldn't think of doing it.
Thoughts?
