I heard that some people have taken and converted DVD movies and watched them on their phones but I have no idea on how to do this.

I know that there's supposed to be an app that converts the movie over but I also heard that it does it in DivX format. I then heard that you need something else to play DivX movies and so on.

so for you peeps who are already watching your DVDs on your MPx220, I will ask you how did you do this and is it pretty easy to do?

The easiest and only way I have done it is to get the software called
DVD to Smartphone 1.2
I think thats it. Theyhave it here or you can go to handao or smarphone.net. Its 25 bucks and as simple as can be to use. One movie takes up about 100 to 130 MB of a miniSD card.
I also used the BetaPlayer that someone posted in an earlier reply on here.
Do some research and go back a couple pages and you'll find it.

I you have other files which are not on DVD that you wish to playback on my Smartphone, you can try this software: WinAVI Video Converter.

http://www.winavi.com/

This program allows for conversion from just about any format to any format.

I use it to convert my mpeg2 (ReplayTV) files to WMV for playback on my SMT5600 during my commute.

The software is quick and simple and should create great video for you Moto.
