If this happens to me, I feel completely naked. It's less a problem if I leave my wallet at home but it becomes a serious problem if I leave my Smartphone. You can always borrow money from friends or co-workers but how to borrow personal communication facilities? Therefore, everything < 20 minutes I return to pick-up my Smartphone something never happened if i forgot my wallet (at home - for sure not at a restaurant or other public places). ... How much do you miss your mobile phone if you forgot it at home and do you return also to pick it up while you don't return to pick up your wallet?"

Our friend Arne Hess, over at PPCW.Net has posted an interesting thoughts article, which talks about a scenario that I am sure everyone has experienced at least once. I agree with Arne, I can survive without my wallet but cannot without my Smartphone. That is why I rarely forget my Smartphone but have forgotten to pick up my wallet a number of times. In fact I remember one time I got my haircut and when it was time to pay for the service, I found that my back pocket was empty. But thanks to my Smartphone, I pulled up the credit card number and was able to pay for the service. 8) At times I feel sad for relying heavily on the electronic memory. From phone numbers to birthday reminders to credit card information, everything is on my Smartphone. And I am sure once I get married, I will even put my anniversary date in Outlook...just in case. So how do you feel when you forget your mobile companion at home? This is a nice sequel to the other thoughts article that was posted recently.
