i have a problem with the "0" button not responding when pressed. its random but annoying....i have to keep pressing it over and over or hold it down for it to start working again. has anyone had this problem? it has happened probally 6 time in the month that i have had this phone. i want to send it back, but i want to make sure that this isnt a know issue/bug. i tried searching but didnt find anything.

thanks

Never had a problem like this with my i600, and I've had mine for 13 plus months, with both 2002 and now 2003. I'd guess it's a hardware problem.

Good luck getting it sorted out.

Ya, sounds like a hardware issue. How long you had the phone?

i have had it about a month. it happens randomly, and has occured probally 5-6 times in the month that i have owned it. only the 0 button is doing it, the other buttons are fine.

When does it happen? When you're dialing a number, Or when you're using an application?

both....the 0 button just stops working. i then press it over and over or hold it down and it starts working. the funny thing is that when it stops working if i press 0 when on the home screen, it brings up my contacts but doesnt bring up a 0 until i press it over and over then the 0 appears. i read in another pda forum that a couple of people were having problems with some of the keys not responding or slow to respond.
