Where can I buy Mini SD for my SMT5600?

I've been searching NewEgg.com and Buy.com but I can't find a 512MB mini sd card.

Anyone else know where I should look?

eCost.com has a couple listed. From what I gather, they're going to be hitting full stream at the end of the month.
