I want MS MOney to be developed for Smartphone. Or at least a piece of software that will synchronize with MS Money desktop version like the Pocket PC one does.

I'd be interested, but for two things.

One, I've learned with the Smartphone that if you can't demo it, don't even think about it.

Two, for a finance app, if it doesn't sync with Money (or Quicken if that's what you use) it's not worth it if you have to keep two apps current independent of one another.

So, I'll pass on this.

Not the greatest app if you ask me, without even looking at it much. Just structured data. I think eWallet will handle most of this and it falls short of any TRUE finance app. But then again, short of a PocketMoney port...I wont use any of the other finance apps that are currently offered for Smartphones.

And by Pocket Money...I mean MS Money for Smartphones.

You may like to check out XS Finance @ www.xcitesoftware.com
XS Finance provides similar functionality to that of Quicken or MS Money.

This is true at the moment.
There is a desktop version to be released in the coming months which will sync with XS Finance on the desktop. It is hoped that after the initial release MS Money & Quicken will then be added, but this requires input from the companies involved so at present this cannot be confirmed.
