Number of Rings on SMT5600 [Archive]

Is there a way to change the number of phone rings before the phone goes into Voicemail? I have AT&T, now Cingular, and have called them twice at different times to change the number of rings from 4 to, say, 6, before the phone goes into v-mail. I keep missing calls and want to give myself more time. Off-course the Cingular rep keeps saying that it's not possible in this Smartphone but I know some of you out there may know this. Please help me out.

While we're at it, is there any good PocketPC look-alike skins for this smartphone? Also, how does one switch between calls while in Call Waiting? I always lose the first call whenever I pickup a 2nd call that comes through while in a call.

Should work on Cingular, as this is part of the GSM specification:

Dial:

*61*<insert voice mail number here>*<insert seconds to ring here, say 10>#

press SEND.
