WMP10 and playlists

How do you make a playlist in WMP10? Or at least have it start up playing the same music you listened to last time before the program got shot down? When you open up the player, it opens up and says "My Playlists" at the bottom, so I suppose it can be done but I haven't figured out how to yet...

I haven't attempted to create a playlist yet, so I can't comment on that. However, once the program is closed and removed from memory, I wouldn't expect it to remember what song was last playing. The Pocket PC version doesn't do this. It would be a nice feature to add. :D

Actually, I didn't mean the actual song, but have the player look in the same directory for music without me having to go back and in and point out where the music is.
