Beam Appointments

How come I cna beam a contact but not an appointment??? The other day I had an appointment on my phone (audiovox 5600) that I wanted to share with my wife. No problem I think... I'll just beam it over to her like I do for the occasional contact. Well I spent 5-10 minutes looking for a way to beam the appointment, with no luck.

It would be great feature, especially if Dentists & Dr's could beam appointments from thier desktop systems.

BTW - this is not limited to the smartphones. I picked up my dell x5, and it too could beam contacts, but not appointments.

I can do it. It's an option under the menu button.

When you're in Day view, highlight the appointment, and hit the action button. The left soft key will say edit, and the right soft key will say Menu. Press Menu, and it's option 3 "Beam Appointment" :)

OK - I see it but it is not under the day view -- you have to be in the appointment. I expected it anywhere I can highlight the appointment.
