How do I upgrade my mpx220 to 1.30fw

I recently got an MPx220 from BestBuy, its the .342 . I heard some people mention getting it repalced by Moto or Cinbular and get a new 1.30. Can anyone tell me who I need to call?

I just received my updated phone from Cingular. I called the warranty exchange number 1-800-801-1101 and argued with them for 2 hours but did get them to send me an exchange. It is the 1.3 version. Volume is a bit better. I have not had a chance to play with it yet to see if other issues are resolved.

My FW1.3 volume is fine in both earpice and BT headset alot better than the first unit in October.

I just called Cingular and they are sending a replacement to my MPX220 overnight. Hopefully ROM version 1.3 will be much better. Thanks for the 800 number, weffner.
