Soft reset on MPx220?

Hi, is there a way to "reboot" or soft reset this phone? Sorry, I am new to Smartphones, not even sure this is possible, I am coming from PocketPC land.

A soft reset on the Smartphone is the same as turning it off and on. It's not like a Pocket PC where they just go to sleep when it's turned off. :)

I've had a situation where the unit locked up and on and off button did nothing. Pulling the battery and reinstalling it will reset the unit. You won't lose anything.

If your SmartPhone locks up and you can't power off then remove the battery that will also give you a soft reset.
