How to sync tasks when syncing with exchange server over internet?

I'm syncing my Mpx220 every 10 minutes with my office exchange server. When I select 'tasks,' there is nothing there although I have tasks in outlook. When I connect the phone to the server with the cable, the 'tasks' in activesync does not have any settings like 'contacts' and 'calendar' do.
Do I have to buy a third party program to sync tasks? Or can someone explain how to set up my phone so that I can see my tasks?

I am afraid Tasks (as you guessed correctly) is not sync'd during Exchange sync. :-( Only Mail, Calendar and Contacts are.

I am not aware of any third party over the air sync apps. But then my knowledge in that domain is pretty limited. ;-)

The only way to sync the tasks unfortunately is when you sync directly to your PC. Why tasks were left out of exchange is one of the more bizarre MS decisions.
