Cingular is selling it. Its unlocked so you can put it on any of the GSM carriers and its Quad band. Now for the bad news. Cingular still hasn't formally launched it and BB is still selling out of their bad FW stock. I was told by telesales and two stores tonight (3rd one didn't have a clue) that the 20th was looking promising. For who I don't know.

But you can buy it at BB and use it anwhere. Just make sure you have FW1.3
