I played with a friends Treo 600 today . . . and I'm hooked. The night & day difference in text entry and full fledged PDA capability sold me. I appreciate the interaction I've had with the wonderful people on this site and wish everyone well. Take care and Happy Thanksgiving !

Byteme, I'm sorry to hear that. Are you really looking for more of a PDA based device? Have you considered the new Harrier Pocket PC Phone Edition devices? I would say this is more inline with the Treo.

I tried the Samsung i700 but found it to be rather clunky and am not crazy of using head sets. (Yes I know it's not a requirement but holding something that big up to your face is . . .) If Verizon were to come out with a WM Treo equivalent I would switch back although I'm not of singular vision and devotion to MS based platforms. My whole reason for going the smartphone route was to reduce the # of gadgets I lug with me everyday. While I liked my i600 I still found I needed to carry my PPC with me as well.
