flash mpx200 back to wm2002

i was told i could do this at http://www.mpxzone.com/inside_mpx200.php but i am having trouble doing so. in the rar file on how to do it, it says to hold the left button for 5 sec (i do beileve) and something will some up and i cant get it to do anything. can someone please help me.

Oh! Boy! Checked the instructions. They were in Russian. :-)

Well this is how u do it. Before you begin you need to have the USB Modem Driver (.inf) file.

1. Power OFF the phone
2. Plug the USB into the computer (not the phone, not yet)
3. While holding down the LEFT key on the phone, plug in the USB into the phone.
4. On the computer, you will see a window/dialog box saying found a new device, need driver blah..blah..supply or point to the INF file.
5. Once that is done. Launch the Flash installer, the wizard or the tool that will install the flash/ROM onto phone. Follow its steps.
