My laptop seems to have BT device but I can't get 220 to find it. Device is Dell Truemobile BT Module and Device Manager says its active and working. The other issue relates to file copying from laptop to 220 using Activesynch...apps on phone such as Pocket Streets can't find files on the phone that I've copied into My Documents. I feel like an idiot cuz most postings are far more advanced in content. Any help is much appreciated.

Zoomer,
Try the following:
to get Bluetooth and Active Sync to work...
1. On your laptop in the control panel go into Bluetooth Configuration.
2. Goto the Local Services tab, and add a Serial Service. I selectd COM4.
3. Make sure your phone and laptop are paired, and you have used ActiveSync before, either USB or IR.
4. That's all I did.
To xfer files, other than ActiveSync:
1. Once devices are paired, open file manager on your phone.
2. Find a file to send, and use the Menu Softkey, use Send&Receive... Send by Bluetooth.
3. pick your laptop to send to.
4. to make this bi-directional, you need to re-discover services for your phone, on your laptop. You will now have a FTP folder in My Bluetooth Places.
Hope this wasn't too confusing :? . If you, or anyone needs further clarifications, please post back.
