Promlems with NAvigation button on SMT5600

Ive had my SMT5600 for about 2 weeks and have been loving it!. As of yesterday when using the navigation 4 way button I am having problems using the DOWN button. If I press on it a couple times it will work or if I press on it on the right most side it will work 75% of the time. But it is extremely frustratting

Anyone else experiencing this? I bought it through Amazon so i dont know what the possiblities are of returning it. But I am hoping that I might be overlooking something, like a setting, etc.

im on my second one and i dont remember if i had this problem with my first one.


but on my second one i definately do have this probem. but it seems its getting better with use.

but dont quote me on that.

Did you buy yours from Amazon? If so how easy was returning it?
