I bought a 1GB card when they hit $100us, and I have yet to fill it. Maybe I should pick up a 512miniSD card now, so I'll be ready when I get my new phone....

Movies easily suck up that space on my phone. I will have to keep an eye out for them in the mainstream stores...
The only places that sell 512mb minisd cards now either rip you off or put you on a back order list.

Too bad they are not available in stores. I hope they hit the stores soon.

I have a 256MB card in my C500 and use it for audio only (not tried movies yet) and have yet to fill it. A big reason to get a SMartphone was to double as an MP3 player, so the higher capacity cards available, the better.
Even if I was buying for an SD device, I'd get a mini-SD card so I could keep my future device options open!

Actually they already have made the TransFlash (which I have in my v710) format with an SD adaptor!
So therefore.......

I got the 128 just to try it out. Some day ill get the 512 one. But for now, ill just use my CF 1gb and SD 512 PDA for video. I got the Iriver 512 mp3 player/recorder. Its way cool, it can record voice and convert them to mp3 file, great for doing recording meetings.
