Hi All,

There are many Remote Controller softwares for PocketPCs that allows you to control electronic gadgets such as TV etc. Is there any such software for MS Smartphones? (I am using a O2 xPhone)

Cheers

I believe the problem is that Smartphone's IR module is not programmable.

And even if they were, the IR hardware is not high powered. They are designed for very short range communication.

Now this gave me a thought. What about BT remotes for TV?

BT remote. By the time the BT connection is established, the TV program that I wanted to watch would be over. Glad that TVs don't use BT.
