HELP SPV C500 orange phone ringtones!

Can anyone help me please? how do i make my own ringtone? i had a wav file of the matrix old style phone ringing but i dont know what folder i am supposed to copy it to, i copied it to the windows folder in my smartphone and it came up on the sounds option next to profiles but when i selected the ringtone there was no sound!! help please thx

This is how I do it on my SMT5600 (same phone) From the sync window, click on explore. Then click on your phone icon. Then open the storage folder. Then open the Application Data folder. Then open the sounds folder. Copy and paste the wav. file into the sounds folder. That should do it. :) BTW, I have also installed mp3 files the same way and they work just fine.
