call history in smt5600

Still discovering peculiarities and wanting to know if I can fix them. To wit:

In our old phones missed calls from one number doubled up. i.e. if I called my wife five times, the number would take one slot and would have the last call time and in parentheses how many times. With the smt5600 each call gets its own entry and since my wife and I use this practically as an intercom, the register fills with our numbers and looses the others. Anyway to change this?

Well, I guess the only consolation is that the the list history seems to be unltd. I have around 53 entries in my Call History. I think I read somewhere that the number was fixed at 36...will have to keep an eye on this.

I think they meant to have it this way so that users can see the details for each and every call...Duration, Time, From...etc. Personally, I'd rather have a quick view option for the duration of the call and then more details when I click it.
