Does anyone know of any forthcoming mini sd cards with more than 256Mb of memory? None of the major memory card manufacturers have anything on the subject. Thanks.

I appreciate the info. eCost.com says 2 to 3 weeks. I'm ordering mine now.

I order my 512MB miniSD card form ComputerHQ(.com) in Milpitas, CA (Bay Area) and it's on it's way - shipped same day with expected delivery on Monday. ;)
