Your best bet is a friend who has AT&T and pay the price - or ebay - there is one seller having this in stock.

You will have to do unlocking yourself - not sure I have read about any successful unlocking yet. But we do have multiple people in that process and will know one way or other soon.

Thanks for the tip George - I haven't seen anyone successfully unlock this phone yet. once they do, I'll just buy it off amazon, it is $350. unless someone has one they'd like to sell...
