gprs monitoring

I'm new to Smartphone (I've got an Orange spv c500) and can't for the life of me figure out how to monitor my gprs usage.

Is there anywhere on the phone I can go to see how much data I have transferred through GPRS?

Or do I have to install separate software to do that?

Any advice gratefully received.

Seperate Software I'm afraid.
All-Locations makes a program as well as SPB Software.
Search for them on Handango.
