Help needed on customer service complaint

I have had a major league customer service issue with my now former carrier- Verizon Wireless. I want to report this issue to some type of regulator. Where do I go? FCC? State AG? Are there on-line complaint processes? Looking for guidance. Thanks for your help.

Was reading about the trouble you had with Verizon in the other thread. And it was a good idea to bail out even though you had to pay the early termination fee. Peace mind is important.

Have never had the need to register a complaint so don't know the process. Hopefully someone who has done it will respond with a much better tip.

What about the BBB? You could file something with them too.
