Sprint smartphone coming any time soon?

I've been a Sprint phone user for years. It seems as if they are palm based phone centric. Does anyone know if they will ever have a smartphone in their offering, or am I stuck with the Treo 600?

They do. They announced earlier this summer that they will be offering the i600 running Windows Mobile 2003. Not sure of when it's going to happen, but I think it was "sometime later this summer".
