View Full Version : Map Point, Pocket Streets and the Smartphone

I own the i 600 and love it. recently purchased Map Point 2004 to install Pocket streets on the smartphone so travel will be a breeze.

I was shocked to find that the smartphone device is incompatible with the pocket streets app on the Map point CD.

Do I need to purchase Pockety Streets seperetly?
please advise!

I may be wrong, but I think Pocket Streets is only compatible with Windows Mobile for Pocket PC, not Smartphone. Obviously it would be so handy to have in your phone, but I don't think it's available yet.

The Pocket Streets version on the CD is works with only Pocket PCs :-(

The Smartphone version has to be purchased (http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?productType=2&optionId=1_11_2&jid=C875E42463C21X5D34F71EXCBF1A738A&platformId=11&siteId=1&productId=116680&sectionId=0&catalog=110&txtSearch=streets). It is a killer app for the Smartphone.
