If you live in the UK you can get your Smartphone SPV C500 for free if you sign up for a subscription. Most mobile network operator carrying Windows Mobile-based Smartphones charge for the phone plus require a subscription. Only the cheaper/dumber cell phone models end up on the "Free" shelf. In fact, I haven't seen "free" Windows Mobile-based Smartphones anywhere else before. If more carriers follow I am sure this will open up the market even more.
