The good thing is that, there has been a constant barrage of information. It also seems like folks in Europe have all the luck. All the MPx220 reviews are coming in from Europe. The original review is in German and thanks to Google we can view the English version <a href="http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mobilejoe.de%2FForum%2Fviewtopic.php%3Ft%3D5572&langpair=de%7Cen&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&prev=%2Flanguage_tools">here.</a> I wish these reviews were posted in English version also. <br /><br />It's a lengthy review, with some nice pictures and comparison shots. I share the reviewer's thoughts on Motorola's decision to go with proprietary USB connector, instead of <i>mini-USB</i> and to go with <i>mini-SD</i> instead of regular SD. Looks like someone at Motorola did a typo while writing the specification for the phone, wrote the word <i>"mini"</i> at the wrong place. ;-)

Wait.....this was one of the biggest MPx220 questions I had: does it have the same connector as the MPx200? If so, I can use my wife's MPx200's accesories. So what type of connectore does it have?

I am sorry to disappoint you my friend. MPx200 and MPx220 have different connectors.
MPx200 has mini-USB.
MPx220 has proprietary Motorola connector. Which is standard across the Motorola line (at least the with the upcoming models). It helps them to keep the accessories line common between models. But for customers switching manufacturers, they have to shell out $$$ for buying the same accessories all over again just because of the connector change.
Wish Microsoft would mandate that WM Smartphones must have mini-USB.
The other sad part about MPx220, the mini-SD. Which means we cannot use our current SD cards!
If you want to see the connector..see the following test report. It has the picture of the connector.
