We are still awaiting some sort of announcement on this phone from Motorola and/or a carrier. I am starting to think the announcements will come after the phone has been made available to the public for purchase.

Anyway, MobileMania.cz has a plethora of pictures. I can't read the article and Google Languages won't touch it either. So I'm not sure what they are talking about, but the pictures sure look nice.

Looks great! I find it really interesting that Russian/Eastern Eurpoean seem to get hands-on time with Motorola phones before anyone else. I wonder why that is?

1st paragraph: The first device after announced cooperation between Microsoft and Motorola was Smartphone MPx200. Just a few months later, there were rumors about its successor named MPx220. But Motorola didn't say a word, no official statements, no official datasheets, nothing.

2nd paragraph: It is pretty clear that this device is not a hoax, it is real. We had it in our hands:) If you put these photos together with a short video published at MoDaCo last week, you'll get all known information about this device..

3rd paragraph: Bluetooth, digital camera and a new system. Although there is no official press release from Motorola, you can collect all important information about this device from internet news sites around the world.

4th paragraph: The first major difference is design. While the first MPx200 was just a "black pile of asphalt", this one is much more attractive (just a personal opinion). We made pictures of the silver model, but it seems that there will be also a dark color model. The design is very different, new shapes, new small mirror, a different keyboard.

5th paragraph: Again, it is a cell phone without a visible antenna. New Motorola is quad-band, all major frequences are supported. More, there is an integrated Bluetooth and digital camera. It's resolution is not specified, yet. There are two possibilites, it will be either 640x480 pixels or 1Mpix. They think the second option is more probable because the MPx is going to have also 1MPix camera.

Both displays should be in colors, unfortunately the common USB port is missing now. There is just a small, standard data connector instead.

6th paragraph: The unofficial dimensions of the new device are 90 × 48 × 20 mm, the MPx220 is much thinner than MPx200. Weight is quite equal compared to the older model, 110g. Announced stand-by time is 110hours, talk time 270 minutes.

7th paragraph: The MPx220 should be powered by a new processor Texas Instruments OMAP 1611. GPRS class is not clear, rumors starts at class 8 and ends at Class 12 (yes, 4+4 timeslots!). The same situation is about the memory, most probable is 64 MB Flash ROM, 32 MB RAM and memory cards support. Be careful, the only supported cards are mini-SD!

8th paragraph: According to rumors, Orange should start selling this phone in July in UK...

That's all, sorry for grammatical mistakes, I wrote it very fast.
