Hard Reset

Can't seem to figure out how to do a hard reset?

Be very carefull 8O - this will erase ALL data in your phone. Power the phone off. Press and hold the # button and number 6 button while pressing END to turn the phone on.

Hard reset - press # and 6 at the same time, then press END. Release END while still pressing # and 6 until the reset selection screen appears (press the left softkey within 5 seconds). A hard reset takes a long time, as long as 10-20 minutes.

There is also a Hard Reset selection is settings...I forget exactly where I think it;s in phone settings/security.
