Problems unlocking SPV E200

Hello,

I just recieved an still locked E200 from our London office. I downloaded a free SPV unlock utility which didn't work (according to the program output, when the "hideclear" command is called the phone returns the message "found a sniffer heh :)" instead of the phone model #).

I paid for tried the utility from GSMLiberty.com, but when I run it, it tell me that I am not using an E200. I can only assume that it is the same issue.

Has anyone else heard of or come across this problem? Is there a way around it?

Just figured it out.

I guess that's a "feature" of the new boot loader. GSMLiberty.com just sent me an update to the unlock app.

Another service is http://www.imei-check.co.uk/ which I have used and can vouch for.

They both seen to work the same way...copmpetition is always nice to drive down pricing.
