Transfer ringtons from PC to motorla MPX200

Hello everybody, I just bought the MPX200 with the USB cable. I already install the Activesync in my computer and I have been able to transfer photos into the folders BUT when Im trying to transfer MIDIS or WAV, I got just a bip when I preview the sound.

What I have to do or download in order to transfer ringtones from my PC into my MPX200 ?

Please I would really appreciate your help
