Gameplay is pretty cool...exciting...and very challenging.
The graphics definitely make the game.

I'm still on the first level where there are asteroid fields to blow thru, different enemies, power-ups to gain, and a boss on each level that I have been only able to get to once. (I'm not the best at games...but I do love them.)

The 3D aspects add alot of depth. The asteroids and various enemies all spin showing all their dimension. I believe there are two levels of background/foreground movement which adds to the depth.

Dont think that the entire game looks entirely like the first level. I had a sneak view at some of the graphics on the other levels. Very, very cool and extremely imaginative. All very different in setting and style and well worth trying to get past each of 7 levels...just to see the next one.

I wont tell you about one particular boss I saw a pic of on one of the later levels...but I will say that it will blow you away. Very creative in a very dimented way!

Someone beat me by something like 500 points and the hightscores were reset the next day.

The highest I've been able to get to since is somewhere in the 30-thousand range.

FYI - There is an eclipse demo available now as well as a video of the first level in play.
