Where to buy?

Does any one know of a good source where I could buy or research this?

Looking for a:

unlocked Quad band world phone,
running windows OS
Clamshell device
Bluetooth
Built in camera
Additional storage (secure digital etc.)

I hate to say it doesn't exist - but it doesn't exist. :( closest thing in existance right now is the e200/Voyager/i-mate Smartphone 2, but is isn't clamshell, nor does it have the 850 band.

the rumored SCH-i250 from Samsung seen at CeBit will have all the features except quad-band (900/1800/1900)

I believe the MPx220 and MPx100 will be quad band as well.
