You're right, if someone is drunk, chances are they won't think to check this, or believe the results. However; hopefully there is someone else with them that can check it, and take control of the situation.

One of my friends did something incredibly stupid over the weekend. Thankfully, no one was hurt. But he will be paying the price for a long time. :( :twak:
