Cutting-edge tech is always expensive, but $920 USD? Ouch! 8O

Well, it will probably be carrier subsidized, but even then it will probably carry a $600 price tag.

I know it will be a while, but the first Smartphone 2003 device that reaches ~$300-$400 has a buyer that day.

WHOA! :splat:

That's a little outrageous. There's no way I can justify spending that much for that device, even as a corporate expense. And the MPx100 for $575?!?! WHAT?!?!?!

Wither thou competition, MotoDOLLAR? Not even Samsung is THAT crazy.

That's more than a Dell Optiplex Business PC or Inspiron Laptop for home users.

Wow.

Yet, for Australia, the individual prices are not much different than current pricing for an MPx200 (RRP AUD$849) or XDA II (RRP AUD$1299, initial price was AUD$1599).

We don't see much subsidizing down here ... I think the converted price is about right, for Australia at least
