Now SIM-Unlock e200/MPx200 phones

Works great! The whole process is less than 2 minutes. I now have a working e200 under AT&T. And I got a pretty good deal on the e200 in the first place! :)

So this is only SIM unlock, not application unlock? Is the e200 even app locked?

Yes this is SIM unlock only but you can still app unlock using Orange's site.

Really the app unlocking on the phone is in Prompt-Mode. It asks "are you sure you want to load this untrusted application" or something like that.

Definitely the best Smartphone so far. But then again, there's probably new phones being introduced this week. :D
